Pineapple Souffle

Here is Mom's version which doesn't match up to all the others online.

#2 can crushed pineapple, drained

2 T flour

3 eggs

1/4 C butter, melted

4 slices bread, cubes

Mix ingredients and put them in a greased casserole Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
